The Guided Lawsuit Response Bundle includes customized document preparation plus limited guided support. This bundle provides a tailored Defendant’s Answer and Counter Affidavit, along with three scheduled 30 minute support calls to help the client understand filing procedures and next steps. This is a document preparation and educational support service for pro se litigants only.

Scope of Services This service provides customized drafting of a Defendant’s Answer and a Counter Affidavit based on information and documents provided by the client and prior case discussions. The service also includes review of exhibits supplied by the client and preparation of step by step filing instructions so the client can file the documents on their own. In addition, the bundle includes three scheduled 30 minute guided support calls for procedural guidance related to the prepared documents.

Turnaround Time Frame Standard completion time is 5 to 7 business days after all required case information and documents are received. Rush drafting is available for an additional fee with up to 3 business days turnaround time.

Guided Support Limitations Guided support is strictly limited to three scheduled 30 minute calls. No additional ongoing communication is included, including text messages, emails, or direct messages. Any questions or follow ups must be addressed during a scheduled call. If a response is provided through email, text, or direct message, it will count toward one of the three allotted calls.
